All orders within the domestic United States for in-stock items ship free of charge with ground shipping.

Please allow up to two business days to fulfill an order and issue a tracking number for in-stock items.

Once you receive your tracking number via email, you should expect your package within 2-4 business days.

What are my options for faster shipping?

Expedited 2-Day and Overnight delivery is available from UPS and calculated by package weight and location. Just purchase one of these options during the checkout process. Please take into consideration that your order will ship in 1-2 business days.

TAX AND DUTIES

At checkout, we calculate and collect duties and taxes automatically.

We offer delivered duty paid (DDP) shipping with DHL Express at checkout. So you pay everything upfront.

Duties and taxes guarantees. If taxes and duties need to be adjusted after your Billie Todd product goes through customs, then we will handle for you.
