The Diane 2-Ply Cashmere V-Neck Sweater
Easy by day. Polished by night.
The Diane is a clean, semi-fitted V-neck in 100% Todd & Duncan Grade A cashmere, spun in Kinross and knitted in Hawick, Scotland. Wear it with jeans, or with a skirt and jewelry; the open neckline leaves room for a necklace.
A narrow sleeve and a fully fashioned neckline keep the line neat, and it sits just below the waist.

Why Fully Fashioned Matters
Rather than cutting panels from a larger piece of knitted fabric, each panel of the Diane is knitted to its exact shape and then linked together. That means a cleaner fit, less bulk at the seams and a sweater that holds its shape.
The yarn does the rest: two strands of Todd & Duncan Grade A cashmere, fine and soft against the skin. Read more about what Grade A cashmere means and how ply and gauge shape a finished sweater.
Fit
Semi-fitted: close through the body without clinging. Our women's sizes tend to run small, so if you are between sizes, consider the larger.
Best For
Year-round layering, the office and evenings out. A V-neck that works as hard as a crewneck.
Care
See our guide to washing and storing cashmere.
Spun in Kinross. Knitted in Hawick. A V-neck for every day of the week.

A LUXURY FABRIC THAT LIVES UP TO THE HYPE
Todd & Duncan Scottish Cashmere Yarn
Two-ply Todd & Duncan cashmere at the Grade-A standard: 15.5 microns in diameter, 35mm in staple length, the benchmark serious mills work to.
Spun in Kinross with Loch Leven water.
Fine fibre matters most on a v-neck, worn open at the collarbone where lesser cashmere would prickle or itch by midday.

OVER 200 YEARS OF HISTORY
Built by experience for all life’s experiences
Hawick's knitters keep the v-seam flat through full-fashioned construction, each panel, including the shoulders, shaped on the machine rather than pieced together at a cut-and-sew lapel.
The shoulder seams carry the same full-fashioned shaping, which is why the fit sits close without pulling.
Finished in the soft waters of the River Teviot.
Works layered under a jacket or worn alone, and improves from the first wash onward.
