The Rory 4-Ply Shawl Collar Cashmere Sweater
The Rory Shawl Collar – 4 Ply Scottish Cashmere Sweater is a men’s luxury knit designed in Hawick, Scotland, the historic home of cashmere. Crafted from Todd & Duncan cashmere yarn, it combines the heritage of the shawl collar cardigan with modern refinement. Its ribbed 8-gauge structure gives this men’s shawl collar jumper warmth, strength, and a masculine silhouette that endures.
Knitted in 2-ply 2/28’s yarn and constructed as 4-ply cashmere, the Rory is denser, more durable, and exceptionally soft. In its understated Blue Cosmos hue, it transitions effortlessly from relaxed weekends to refined evenings.

A LUXURY FABRIC THAT LIVES UP TO THE HYPE
Todd & Duncan Scottish Cashmere Yarn
Four-ply Todd & Duncan cashmere throughout, including the collar, at 15.5 microns and 35mm staple.
Four strands twisted together for a yarn strong enough to hold its shape through years of wear, and the longer the strand, the stronger the yarn: at 35mm staple this fibre resists pilling and stretching in ways shorter cashmere can't match.
Kinross-spun, Loch Leven finished.
The Grade-A fibre gives the shawl body without stiffness.

OVER 200 YEARS OF HISTORY
Built by experience for all life’s experiences
A shawl-collar pullover, not a cardigan.
Knitted in Hawick, home to a shawl collar tradition that traces back to the fishermen's sweaters once worn along the Scottish coast, where a heavy folded collar was built to block wind and spray better than any lapel.
Our craftsmen shape the collar by hand so it sits close on the sweater body, then finish it in a ribbed knit that holds its structure without restricting movement.
Worn without the commitment of an open-front cardigan.
